Insurance Product Support Analyst - Remote

Your Role

As an Insurance Product Support Analyst, you will be responsible for a specific functional area within our product business, such as Product Specs, Forms Content, or DOI Complaints. You will own the goals associated with your area and collaborate across divisions.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop strategy, project plans, and processes aligned with business objectives and standards.
• Build relationships and coordinate with internal partners across divisions (e.g., IT, Marketing, Regulatory Departments).
• Lead and mentor junior staff.
• Review insurance policies, documents, and reports for compliance and quality standards.
• Conduct research, analysis, and interpret complex information.
• Manage small to large projects, coordinate communication and training, and recommend process improvements.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in the functional area and strategic planning.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
• Adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or CPCU designation.
• Knowledge of insurance laws, regulations, and CSAA IG products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Active participation in company culture and community activities.
