Bayer AG’s Product Supply Operations Co-Op in Pittsburgh offers a hands-on experience within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. You will support operational excellence, continuous improvement, and product supply activities while collaborating with professionals across Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing Operations.

The role provides exposure to end-to-end product supply processes, with opportunities to work on safety, quality, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Quality, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in manufacturing operations, medical devices, engineering, quality, supply chain, or continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute within Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Operations.
• Support critical projects across Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain functions.
• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Lead or support process-improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Prepare and present project updates and recommendations to site leadership.
