Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Quality, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite at Pittsburgh-area locations and travel as required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Interest in manufacturing operations, medical devices, or continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Operations.
• Support projects in Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Analyze operational data to identify safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support day-to-day production planning, procurement, performance tracking, and project coordination.
• Participate in root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, visual work instructions, and docs.
• Lead or support process-improvement projects to boost productivity and compliance.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve efficiency and performance.
• Prepare and present project updates and recommendations to site leadership.
