Job summary

DigiKey Electronics in Thief River Falls, MN invites a Product Management and Supplier Development Intern to gain hands-on experience within the Supplier Organization. You will support supplier engagement, optimize product portfolios, and work on a capstone project under the guidance of a Business Unit Manager.

The role offers exposure to supplier terms, inventory strategies, and cross-functional projects, with regular onsite attendance and housing provided for interns.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate with education in an applicable area of study.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills including average to above-average computer ability.
• Willingness to take initiative, work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrating a positive, collaborative approach is important in this role.

Responsibilities

• Learn the end-to-end practice of supplier relationship management, and performance tracking.
• Assist in analyzing supplier data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in product availability.
• Support initiatives that improve communication and alignment between DigiKey and suppliers.
