• Assist screening and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Gather and analyze internship program feedback to improve design and resources.
• Identify partnerships and sourcing channels to strengthen regional pipelines.
• Analyze data on applicant flow and recruiting outcomes to inform recommendations.
• Gain exposure to Talent Acquisition tools and systems (Workday, Handshake, LinkedIn, Indeed).
