Kodiak Robotics, Inc. seeks a Product Strategy & Operations Associate in Mountain View, CA to bridge Product, Engineering, and Operations. You will scope ambiguous problems, design scalable processes, and translate field needs into actionable product requirements.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and rapid feature validation in an operational setting. The position requires at least 2 years in strategy/ops, a quantitative degree, and willingness to work on-site with up to 25%

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of post-undergraduate experience in strategy consulting, business operations, or a similar analytical role.
• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent demonstrated rigor in systems thinking and process optimization.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and the ability to land a recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Scope ambiguous, cross-functional problems into clear analyses and recommendations.
• Design, document, and stand up processes that support operational scalability for autonomous vehicle technology.
• Own the feedback loop between Field Ops and Product & Engineering, translating operational needs into prioritized requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to rapidly test, validate, and deploy new product features.
• Define operational KPIs and build analyses that track product performance in the field.
