Job summary

Kodiak Robotics, Inc. in Mountain View, CA seeks a Staff Product Analyst to shape how the company measures and improves its autonomous truck platform. You will partner with executive-level stakeholders to define success, establish data standards, and influence product strategy at scale.

You will own analytics strategy, lead experimentation, and architect scalable data solutions across product, engineering, and operations while mentoring other analysts and communicating insights to the board.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product analytics experience in high-growth tech.
• Ability to define and scale analytical frameworks across multiple teams.
• Experience influencing roadmap and resourcing decisions with data.
• Expert-level SQL and Python; proficient with Kibana and dashboards.
• Experience mentoring senior ICs and establishing team norms.

Responsibilities

• Own analytical strategy for autonomy and commercial performance.
• Surface trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership.
• Lead experimentation program design and governance.
• Translate system behavior into strategic narratives for executives.
• Architect scalable data solutions and dashboards.
