Job summary

Kodiak AI seeks a Product Strategy & Operations Associate to join our Mountain View team, bridging Product, Engineering, and Operations. You will shape how autonomous trucking software is built, deployed, and scaled, embedding with the product team to drive impactful decisions.

The role requires 2+ years in strategy/operations, a quantitative degree, and strong data-driven problem solving. In person work in Mountain View with up to 25% travel is expected, with a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

2+ years of post-undergraduate experience in strategy consulting, operations, or similar analytical role at a tech company.
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related quantitative field, or demonstrated rigor in systems thinking.

Responsibilities

Scope ambiguous, cross-functional problems into clear analyses and recommendations.
Design, document, and stand up scalable processes for operational workflows.
Own the feedback loop between Field Ops and Product/Engineering; translate needs into requirements.
Test, validate, and deploy new product features in an operational environment.
Define operational KPIs and build analyses to monitor product performance in the field.
Provide clear, data-driven updates on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
Drive attention to detail and timeliness in deployment and workflows.
Adapt to rapid, undefined spaces with readiness for change.
