You will bridge Product, Engineering, and Operations, turning ambiguous problems into actionable plans and embedding with the teams building the product. You’ll design scalable processes, manage the field‑to‑product feedback loop, and help deploy new features while tracking KPIs and communicating progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in strategy consulting, business operations, or similar analytical role.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related quantitative field.
• Strong structured problem‑solving and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Scope ambiguous problems into clear analyses and recommendations.
• Design scalable processes in partnership with engineering and ops.
• Own the feedback loop between Field Ops and Product & Engineering.
• Test, validate, and deploy new product features in operational environments.
• Define operational KPIs and report performance and risks to leadership.
