Job summary

Kodiak Robotics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead software solutions for Command & Field Operations.

You will partner with Engineering and Operations to deliver tools for real-time operations, fleet management, and mission-critical logistics in Lancaster, TX, with periodic travel to Mountain View and customer sites. The role requires 8+ years in product management across operations, autonomy, or logistics, plus a technical background.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, preferably in operations management, autonomous vehicles, robotics, or logistics.
• Experience with web and mobile operations tools.
• Proven ability to deploy software in operations-intensive environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for your area from research to deployment to feedback.
• Enable field operations and customer teams through remote fleet management and operational tools.
• Drive end-to-end feature delivery with cross-functional teams; remove blockers to meet user expectations.
• Prioritize features amid evolving commercial and competitive contexts.
• Define requirements in partnership with engineering to ensure correct products.
• Define KPIs and track product readiness; communicate progress to customers.
• Be the primary voice of the product, gathering feedback from customers.
• Provide clear progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Travel to customer sites and Kodiak HQ for feedback and alignment.
