Job summary

OPW Clean Energy Solutions is looking for a Product Manager Analyst to maintain the current product offering and marketing initiatives while translating customer needs into prioritized roadmaps. This onsite role in Cleveland reports to the General Manager and requires strategic thinking, action bias, and analytical, customer-facing skills.

You will lead NPD core teams, manage P&L and pricing strategies, and coordinate with Commercial, R&D, Operations and Finance to drive growth and profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Engineering or Business required.
• MBA or graduate degree in related field a plus.
• Five years progressively responsible product management experience.
• Strong communication skills across functions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage financial performance of product lines across all market segments, including bookings and gross profitability.
• Understand and manage the impacts of product line and geographic mix.
• Lead cross-functional New Product Development (NPD) core teams to ensure market requirements are met from pre-concept tollgate through development.
