Job summary

OPW Clean Energy Solutions in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Product Manager Analyst to translate customer needs into prioritized product roadmaps and drive market success.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage P&L, pricing, and launches, and represent the voice of the customer in NPD discussions. A background in marketing/engineering/business and five years in product management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, engineering or business; MBA a plus.
• Five years of progressive product management experience.
• Ability to translate market/customer requirements into product definitions and pricing.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, R&D, manufacturing, finance and legal.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage commercial aspects of the OPW CES portfolio including pricing, promotions and service levels.
• Develop and maintain pricing strategies aligned with product life cycles and market needs.
• Support marketing plans, including product launches and customer communications.
• Lead market discussions, gather customer insights and represent VOC in NPD teams.
