Job summary

HD Supply seeks a senior product leader to drive the strategic vision and roadmap across the customer journey, ensuring alignment with company standards. You will connect interdependencies, support reviews, and mentor top product management talent.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable capabilities and a seamless user experience, guiding teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of product leadership experience.
• Experience spanning service/support technology including supply chain systems (WMS, inventory planning, demand forecasting, ERP).
• Familiarity with forecasting and inventory optimization methodologies (safety stock, demand sensing, replenishment algorithms).
• Comfort with data-heavy product decisions - dashboards, data science/analytics partners, KPIs for service and supply chain outcomes.
• Experience operating in a matrixed environment, partnering with engineering, operators and business stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Partners with functional and technical leaders to identify and plan capabilities to meet business needs.
• Develops and executes strategic plans in support of objectives in a timely, fiscally responsible manner.
• Drives strategic alignment between products for a seamless enterprise user experience.
• Implements robust processes for product management, continual assessment to optimize efficiency, quality, and timely execution.
• Acts as a liaison for product initiatives, providing updates to senior leadership on progress and direction.
• Oversees product development by monitoring performance and directing team efforts.
• Attracts, retains, develops, and mentors product talent; conducts reviews.
