Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 8+ years in product leadership.
• Experience leading product management for service/support tech and supply chain systems (WMS, ERP).
• Familiarity with forecasting and inventory optimization methods (safety stock, demand sensing, replenishment).
• Comfort reading dashboards and defining KPIs for service and supply chain outcomes.
• Experience in a matrixed environment with partners across functions.

• Partner with leaders to identify capabilities to meet business needs.
• Develop and execute strategic plans supporting key objectives in a timely manner.
• Drive alignment between products for a seamless enterprise user experience.
