Job summary

Qualifications

Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline with 8+ years' experience.
MS/MA may substitute for 5+ years; certification required in some areas.

Responsibilities

Develops and leads product strategy for one or more functional areas, including creating vision, market research, feasibility analyses and concept design.
Builds business cases for product ideas and oversees coordination of systems across products and projects.
Gathers, analyzes, and documents business requirements to understand market needs and user pain points.
Works with cross-functional teams to design, specify, document, prioritize, and execute product vision with stakeholder alignment.
Manages product launch materials, including user documentation and marketing collateral.
Measures and reports product performance while optimizing the customer experience.
Makes periodic visits to field locations, trade shows, and conferences to gather market intelligence.
Provides guidance, coaching, and feedback to junior product managers.
