Highmark Health is seeking a Manager to lead the product strategy, vision, and execution for a portfolio spanning Provider Contracting, Credentialing, and Network capabilities within Provider Data & Reimbursement. You will guide a team of Product Managers and shape a multi-year roadmap aligned with customer needs, business priorities, technology strategy, and enterprise objectives.

The role emphasizes prioritizing investments, driving lifecycle management, and delivering measurable outcomes.

• Lead product strategy, vision, and execution for a portfolio spanning Contracting, Credentialing, and Network within Provider Data & Reimbursement.
• Manage and develop a team of Product Managers and establish an integrated, multi-year roadmap aligned with customer needs, business priorities, technology strategy, and enterprise objectives.
• Prioritize investments against measurable business and customer outcomes; guide PMs through discovery, business-case development, prioritization, implementation, adoption, and lifecycle management.
• Drive value realization across the portfolio by defining success metrics, monitoring outcomes, and partnering with leaders to drive change management and adoption.
• Build a high-performing PM team through coaching, clear expectations, and adoption of consistent product practices.
• Coordinate across business, technology, operations, and senior leadership to align stakeholders and manage risks and dependencies.
• Incorporate market, industry, vendor, and competitive research into portfolio strategy and synthesize insights into investment recommendations.
