Job summary

Intelex is seeking a strategic Senior Director of Product to own inorganic growth, including acquisitions, partnerships, and technology alliances, and to lead market and competitive intelligence. You will report to the CPTO, partner with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Development, and build a small team of analysts while shaping product strategy and go-to-market for acquired assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline required.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 8+ years in product strategy, corporate development, or strategy consulting in enterprise SaaS or technology.

Responsibilities

• Own inorganic growth strategy end-to-end from opportunity identification to due diligence and integration planning.
• Lead technology partnerships, API integrations, co-sell initiatives, and ecosystem governance.
• Build and maintain market and competitive intelligence to guide product decisions.
• Contribute to multi-year product strategy and portfolio planning with external market data.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and lead a small team of analysts.
