Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in strategy or related roles
• Strong, structured problem-solving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and form hypotheses
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to present to senior audiences
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage deliverables to completion
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Working knowledge of product management fundamentals, including discovery, roadmapping and lifecycle
• Hands-on proficiency with data and analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI) to gather and synthesize data
• AI literacy with familiarity of GenAI, LLMs and applying AI to improve products and decisions

Responsibilities

• Own a well-scoped workstream within a broader product strategy engagement
• Contribute to team problem-solving by developing hypotheses and analyzing data
• Gather user and stakeholder input through interviews and listening sessions
• Conduct market, competitive, and industry research to benchmark product performance
• Support development of business cases, proposals, and capacity models
• Produce presentation materials, analyses, and briefings with clear recommendations
• Collaborate with product, data, and technology colleagues to refine solutions
• Apply AI and analytics tools to generate insights and reporting on performance
• Manage workstream deadlines and dependencies, escalating risks as needed
• Be receptive to coaching in an apprenticeship-style team model
