Job summary

Assured is seeking a highly analytical Staff Product Analyst to join our growing team. This founding role focuses on turning data into actionable product insights, building reporting practices, and partnering with product managers, engineers, and marketers to shape our software for insurers.

You will analyze product performance, design dashboards, run A/B tests, and translate customer feedback into improvements.

Qualifications

Proven experience in product analytics or a similar role.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance metrics, user behavior, and other key data points to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track product KPIs, providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to measure the impact of new features, product changes, and other experiments.
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into product development and strategy.
Analyze customer feedback and behavior to understand user needs and preferences, translating this data into actionable recommendations for product improvements.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay informed of industry trends and how they impact our product strategy.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency by working with data engineers to validate and clean datasets.
Perform ad hoc analysis to support specific business questions and challenges as they arise.
