Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product strategy, consulting, or similar role.
• Experience leading discovery, shaping product direction, and translating complex business challenges into actionable plans.
• Experience building business cases, defining success measures, and demonstrating value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with clients to understand how work gets done and identify valuable opportunities.
• Define product requirements, priorities, acceptance criteria, and success measures for delivery.
• Translate business challenges into AI-enabled products, workflows, and solutions that users will adopt.
• Shape AI capabilities, including what should be automated and how to evaluate success.
• Drive adoption by aligning stakeholders and redesigning processes to realize value.
• Create reusable approaches and insights that become future offerings.
