Job summary

PA Consulting is seeking an AI Architect to lead delivery architecture for digital products, AI agents, and modernization initiatives. You will shape opportunities, translate problems into executable solutions, and ensure alignment from discovery through deployment.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work with product strategists and AI engineers, define architectural controls, and steer complex engagements with senior technology stakeholders. Hybrid work and client-site opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Track record designing and delivering complex tech solutions in production.
• Strong software engineering in Python and TypeScript.
• Cloud-native architectures on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Hands-on AI apps and agent-based systems in production.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery architecture for digital products, AI agents, and modernization initiatives.
• Define how AI solutions succeed in production: memory, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Build retrieval pipelines and integrations powering enterprise data and processes.
• Design secure, resilient platforms with scalable deployment guardrails.
