Job summary
PA Consulting seeks an AI Architect to shape, design, and lead delivery of AI-powered digital products and modernized platforms. You will translate business problems into executable solutions, guiding architecture choices and production delivery with senior stakeholders.
You will work with Product Strategists and AI Engineers, driving architectures that balance speed, quality, and security across client engagements.
Qualifications
- Track record designing and delivering complex technology solutions in production.
- Strong software engineering skills with Python and TypeScript.
- Experience designing cloud-native systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience building AI applications and agent-based systems in production.
- Experience with retrieval-enabled systems (pgvector, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch).
- Leadership in architecture and delivery across teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery architecture for digital products, AI agents, and modernization initiatives.
- Architect production-grade AI solutions, including memory management and guardrails.
- Define and implement retrieval pipelines, MCP services, and enterprise data integrations at scale.
- Modernize platforms to meet current business needs with forward-looking solutions.
- Design security and operational resilience into end-to-end solutions.
