The role focuses on identifying regulatory risks and guiding compliance strategies for mergers and new market ventures. Ideal candidates bring 7–9 years in product stewardship or regulatory affairs within the chemical industry, including polymers and FDA/TSCA submissions.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years in product stewardship or regulatory affairs within the chemical industry.
• Experience with polymers, FDA food contact, and TSCA submissions is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• FDA compliance: interpret food contact regulations and prepare FCNs for products.
• Hazard communications: develop and maintain GHS-compliant SDS and container labels.
• TSCA management: oversee TSCA compliance, prepare PMNs, polymer exemption reports, and annual reporting.
• International registrations: assist in NSNs and ensure REACH compliance.
• Advisory support: provide insights on product stewardship risks related to ventures and mergers, supporting customs/compliance.
