Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (marketing, business management or engineering preferred).
• 3 years of experience in sales, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Proven ability to engage with customers professionally and explain product functionality.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and marketing to maximize sales/market share.
• Define training requirements and assist in customer training.
• Lead value engineering with product engineering and CI teams.
• Sponsor New Product Development with engineering.
• Manage warranty claims and CAPA efforts.
• Assist Product Manager with inventory, pricing, orders and forecasting.
• Assist with strategic plan development and S&OP processes.
