Job summary

El Cajon Harley-Davidson is seeking an energetic Product Specialist to help customers find the bike, gear, and experiences that fit their lifestyle. This role involves greeting customers, maintaining CRM records, and meeting sales goals while representing the Harley-Davidson brand on-site in El Cajon.

Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00am–6:00pm. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, paid vacation, holidays and sick time.

Qualifications

• Greet customers professionally and provide excellent service.
• Maintain customer and lead data in CRM.
• Complete OEM web-based training programs to advance product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet and handle customers in a professional and friendly manner exhibiting the highest level of customer service
• Track all customers and leads in CRM
• Meet minimum sales goal requirement
• Consistently enhance skills and product knowledge, completing all available OEM Web based training programs
• Work with Sales Manager and F&I Manager to ensure clear communication and smooth client experience
• Assist in planning, set-up, and participate in marketing show room floor, exhibits, and displays
