El Cajon Harley-Davidson is looking for an energetic Product Specialist to help customers find the bike, gear, and experience that fits their lifestyle. If you’re outgoing, competitive, customer-focused, and excited about the Harley-Davidson lifestyle, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities include greeting customers, tracking leads in CRM, meeting sales goals, and collaborating with the Sales and F&I managers to ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

• Sales License required
• 1-2 year Dealership Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and handle customers in a professional and friendly manner exhibiting the highest level of customer service
• Track all customers and leads in CRM
• Meet minimum sales goal requirement
• Consistently enhance skills and product knowledge, completing all available OEM Web based training programs
• Work with Sales Manager and F&I Manager to ensure clear communication and smooth client experience
• Assist in planning, set-up, and participate in marketing show room floor, exhibits, and displays
