Job summary

ABB is seeking a qualified professional to support the Medium Voltage Switchgear (MV SWG) team in NAM from a hybrid site in Mebane, NC. You will translate market requirements into offer specifications and participate in the full lifecycle of offers, including development, pricing, and profitability analyses.

You will collaborate with customers, Sales, Product Managers, and Marketing, ensuring technical feasibility across the product portfolio and contributing to cost reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Medium Voltage Applications.
• Enhanced knowledge of NEC/ANSI/NEMA standards, SLD interpretation.
• Experience with Electrical Distribution Solutions in MV.
• Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support MV SWG team in optimizing the offer portfolio and ROI.
• Transform market requirements into offer specifications and development activities.
• Perform offer lifecycle activities: development, launch, maintenance, pricing and profitability.
• Manage technical specifications and support business case on offer developments, maintenance and cost reduction.
• Ensure understanding of market requirements and conduct market size, trends and competitor analyses.
