Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Product Specialist Advisor to assist customers in selecting specialized RV products and services, and to provide price estimates for installations prior to scheduling.

The role supports the sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer service, accurate installations, and smooth daily operations on site, with training opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of sales experience required.
• Experience with RV or camping products preferred but not required.
• Proficient computer use and internet searches.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to promote specialized product needs and installations.
• Review jobs for proper sizing, colors, and placement before installation scheduling.
• Maintain prepayment logs and keep customers updated on progress.
• Schedule installation appointments with service staff.
• Monitor parts traffic and receive parts for installations.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure correct parts are ordered and provide excellent service.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and participate in cross-training as needed.

Camping World is seeking a Product Specialist Advisor for our growing team.At Camping World, a Product Specialist Advisor works directly with the customers to determine specialized product needs and services and provides price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
