Are you passionate about technology, driven by data, and eager to make a real impact in a company that’s redefining what best-in-class care looks like? If so, Tang & Company is looking for a Product Specialist like you.

As a Product Specialist, you’ll be the critical link between our innovative software development teams and the front-line users who rely on our systems every day. This is more than a support role — it's a strategic position where your insight, communication, and technical skills will drive product excellence from pre-production to post-launch.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with developers and operations teams to turn business needs into clear, actionable tasks
  • Perform gap analyses and gather user insights to shape product features
  • Test new releases and ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Partner with end users and operations managers to align workflows with software functionality
  • Provide ongoing support to Tang & Company teams for all proprietary software
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME), demoing new features and ensuring successful adoption
  • Support product evolution by gathering feedback and collaborating across departments

Quality, Reporting & Admin

  • Support release coordination and quality control processes
  • Create or teach reporting functionality for internal teams
  • Communicate with third-party vendors as needed
  • Maintain detailed documentation and team knowledge resources

Who You Are:

Tech-Savvy & Analytical

  • Strong SQL skills and ability to query, analyze, and present data
  • Familiar with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, MS Teams, and Visio
  • Understanding of SDLC and able to quickly learn proprietary systems
  • Skilled at translating complex technical concepts for non-technical users
  • Confident presenter with polished written and verbal communication
  • Able to coach others, de-escalate issues, and keep everyone on the same page

Organized & Agile

  • Self-starter with great time management and record-keeping skills
  • Comfortable with change, ambiguity, and fast-moving environments
  • Acts as a team “librarian,” capturing knowledge, notes, and process updates in real time

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 2+ years’ experience in software development, business analysis, or technical product support
  • Strong understanding of contact center and scheduling software
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field

Preferred:

  • Experience in a medical setting or telephonic customer service
