Firetrace International is hiring a Product Manager to drive lifecycle activities, translate customer insights into strategy, and partner across Sales and Marketing to position and launch products. You will develop requirements, manage key initiatives, and monitor performance to ensure value for customers and the business.

The role supports an international growth agenda in a hybrid work setting, with exposure to multiple functions and a strong emphasis on delivering results.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Exposure to product development, business analysis, consulting, engineering, design, customer success, or project management.
• Experience in cross-functional teams and leading projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and deliver results.

You will translate customer needs and market insights into internal priorities, partner closely with Sales as a key point of contact, and support sales enablement, growth strategies, product launches, and pricing.
