Firetrace International, part of Halma plc, is seeking a Product Analyst to help shape future products that safeguard people and assets. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution and involves collaborating across teams to deliver commercially successful solutions aligned with our values.

You will contribute to gathering insights, planning launches, and prioritizing initiatives while working in a hybrid environment designed to foster collaboration and work/life balance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in product development, business analysis, or project management.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading projects.
• Familiar with Agile principles and iterative development.

Responsabilidades

• Gather customer, partner, and internal stakeholder feedback.
• Support product launch planning and execution.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on positioning, enablement, and adoption.
• Develop product requirements and business cases.
• Manage projects for key customer initiatives.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
• Help prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, commercial opportunity, and strategic fit.

What You Will Achieve

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus 0-2 years of relevant experience. Additional work experience in lieu of degree is acceptable
• Exposure to product development, business analysis, consulting, engineering, design, customer success, or project management
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading projects
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and deliver results
• While not required, experience with project management & collaboration tools (Monday.com, Miro, etc.), Customer Relationship Platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce), and familiarity with Agile principles and iterative product development is beneficial
