Fields Volvo Northfield, part of Fields Auto Group, is seeking a motivated Product Specialist to join our sales team in Northfield, IL. This role offers $18.00 per hour with full-time hours and paid training, no prior automotive experience required.

You will learn Volvo vehicles, features, technology, and safety systems while assisting customers and supporting Sales Consultants throughout the sales process. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Fields Volvo Northfield is looking for a motivated Product Specialist to join our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer-service skills who wants to get into the automotive industry without needing previous dealership experience.

You don't need to know everything about cars. We'll teach you the products, technology, and sales process. What matters most is that you're personable, confident, curious, reliable, and comfortable working with customers.
