• Welcome customers and create a great first impression.
• Learn Volvo''s vehicles, features, technology, and safety systems.
• Demonstrate vehicles and explain features clearly to customers.
• Help customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs.
• Assist Sales Consultants throughout the sales process.
• Set up new vehicles and teach customers how to use their new technology.
• Follow up with customers and assist with questions after their visit.
• Work with a professional sales team in a fast-paced environment.
• Build product knowledge and customer skills to advance within the dealership.
