Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a great first impression
• Learn Volvo's vehicles, features, technology, and safety systems
• Demonstrate vehicles and explain features in a way customers can understand
• Help customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs
• Assist Sales Consultants throughout the sales process
• Set up new vehicles and teach customers how to use their new technology
• Follow up with customers and assist with questions after their visit
• Work with a professional sales team in a fast-paced environment
• Build the product knowledge and customer skills needed to advance within the dealership
