Job description

About Enzo Health

Enzo Health is an AI-native healthcare technology company focused on home health, transforming how home health agencies operate. We deliver a secure, HIPAA-compliant AI platform that unifies intake, clinical documentation, coding, and quality assurance, so agencies spend less time on paperwork and more time on patient care.

We're two years old, AI-native from day one, recently raised our Series A, and grew 400% over the last year. Our leadership team brings experience from great technology start-ups, healthcare orgs, and and co Bain, early Podium, Entrata, and Athelas, alongside deep expertise in home health.

What is home health?

Home health is care delivered in the home. After people are discharged from the hospital or face a new diagnosis, nurses, therapists, and aides visit them where they live to help them recover safely and stay out of the hospital. It's one of the fastest-growing parts of U.S. healthcare: more than 11,000 Americans turn 65 every day, and as scrutiny on Medicare and healthcare spending grows, more care is shifting from the hospital to the home.

At the same time, agencies are facing post-COVID staffing shortages and mounting paperwork, so they're focused on running more efficiently to improve patient outcomes. That's where Enzo comes in: our AI handles intake, clinical documentation, coding, and quality review, so clinicians spend less time on paperwork and more time with patients.

About the role

We are intentionally building our full-time talent pipeline, and this is where it starts — learning the ins and outs of our product / customers directly. As a Product Specialist Associate, you'll be on the front line with the home health agencies that run on Enzo — solving real customer problems, answering questions, learning our product inside and out, and seeing how a high-growth, AI-native startup is built from the inside.

This is a part-time role for students who want real startup experience and want to find out whether a company like Enzo is the right long-term home. We're looking for people who may want to grow into full-time roles here, whether in engineering, product, implementation, customer success, sales, or finance.

You'll report to our Product Specialist directly and dotted-line report to the Chief Customer Officer. More importantly, you'll get to work closely with many teams across Enzo (teams that you may join one day!).

What you'll do

Your first 6 months: Product Specialist

  • Answer support tickets and help clinicians and agency staff as they learn Enzo or run into issues
  • Work 4-hour shifts (6-10am, 11am-3pm, or 3-7pm MT) - flexible, but ideally an early morning window or a late evening window
  • Learn how agencies run intake, documentation, coding, and QA, and how Enzo fits into each step
  • Use AI tools every day to resolve issues faster and build better support workflows
  • Help shape our product roadmap by showing product and revenue leaders what customers are struggling with and how we can improve
  • Own one strategic project each semester and present your findings to Enzo leadership

After 6 months: explore the business

Once you've mastered the Product Specialist role, you can stay in the specialist role or we can open conversations about internships or project work in other parts of Enzo, including:

  • Engineering
  • Product management
  • Strategy
  • Finance
  • Sales
  • Customer success
  • Marketing
  • HR

Our Product Specialist team is where we want to hire from. As full-time roles open across Enzo, we look first to the people who have proven themselves in this role.

  • Clear evidence of going beyond what's asked — leadership, work experience, or something you've built
  • Excellent written communication and a calm, problem-solving approach under pressure
  • Able to commit 15-20 hours per week around your class schedule
  • Interested in long-term roles in healthcare or technology startups (and Enzo in particular :) )
What We Offer
  • $23/hour plus a quarterly performance bonus of up to $500, with a flexible schedule built around your classes
  • Real ownership and work that ships at a fast-growing, Series A startup
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools at an AI-native company
  • A front-row seat to how healthcare works and how technology is changing it
  • Direct mentorship from leaders with backgrounds at Bain, early Podium, Entrata, Athelas, and more
