Job summary

Enzo Health is hiring a Senior Designer to own major surfaces of an AI-native EHR, serving field clinicians, coders, QA reviewers, and agency owners within a single product. You’ll ensure AI provenance, confidence, correction, and human sign-off are carefully crafted in the interface.

You will craft end-to-end experiences for four user contexts, extend our design system, and partner with engineering to ship robust, scalable interfaces across the product suite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing complex software products in data-dense, workflow-driven environments.
• Portfolio shows depth: hard problems, constraints, tradeoffs and shipped outcomes.
• Strong interaction and systems thinking for forms, tables, queues and multi-step workflows.
• Design system fluency: components, tokens, accessibility, engineer-friendly handoff.
• Ability to learn regulated domains deeply (e.g., PDGM) within months.
• Clear communication and tolerance for ambiguity in a Series A context.
• Comfort working near engineering, including browser prototyping and front-end tweaks.
• Nice to Have: experience designing clinical software, EHRs or healthcare tools for licensed clinicians.
• Experience designing AI/ML-driven surfaces with human review/approval.
• Mobile/tablet design in field conditions; accessibility depth (WCAG).
• Prior experience at high-growth healthcare tech company.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for major Enzo product areas (Intake, Scribe, QA, EHR) from discovery to shipped code review.
• Design for field conditions: tablets, spotty connectivity, one-handed input and interruptions.
• Design human-in-the-loop patterns for AI output to balance speed and accuracy.
• Turn dense regulated workflows (OASIS-E, plans of care, ICD-10 coding, QA) into intuitive interfaces.
• Extend and strengthen design system to enable large surfaces with a small team.
• Partner with engineering from the start to ensure feasible designs.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Clinicians and Implementation teams to translate field feedback into product changes.
• Prototype at the appropriate fidelity to guide fast decision-making.
