Job summary

Enzo Health is seeking a part-time Product Specialist Associate for students. You will work on the front line with home health agencies using Enzo, answering questions, and learning the product inside and out.

This role offers real startup experience and potential pathways to full-time roles across teams. You’ll report to the Product Specialist and collaborate across engineering, product, implementation, customer success, sales, or finance as you grow.

Qualifications

• College senior or junior studying healthcare, business, or technology.
• Strong academic record (3.8+ GPA, high ACT/SAT).
• Clear evidence of going beyond what's asked — leadership or projects.
• Interest in long-term roles in healthcare or tech startups.

Responsibilities

• Answer support tickets and help clinicians and agency staff learn Enzo.
• Learn Enzo product inside and out and resolve issues.
• Contribute to shaping the product roadmap with customer insights.
• Own one strategic project each semester and present findings to leadership.
