Job summary

NoTraffic is seeking a Product Specialist (Installation Technician) to drive revenue by empowering our partners through hands-on training and installation validation. The role blends in-person and remote training with field deployments to ensure distributors, agencies, contractors, and end-users are proficient with NoTraffic solutions.

You will act as the hardware SME, train on Download Manager, install equipment, configure with Installation Assistant, support early projects, and ensure planning

Qualifications

• Must-have IMSA II certification with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience as a traffic technician and field knowledge.
• Ability to work in the field with partners, installing and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert on NoTraffic hardware, the connected equipment, and system integration.
• Train partners on NoTraffic Download Manager (NDM), install equipment, and configure with Installation Assistant (IA).
• Provide sales support to RSMs during early projects, including extra training sessions and technical FAQs.
• Plan installations by reviewing project docs and ensuring the right equipment, tools and Aux Items are on hand.

Job description

The Product Specialist (Installation Technician) at NoTraffic plays a critical role in driving revenue recognition by empowering our partners. The mission of this role is to ensure that distributors, agencies, and contractors are highly proficient in independently installing and maintaining NoTraffic solutions. To accomplish this, there will be a mix of in-person training, remote training, and installation validation with feedback.

The Product Specialist will work with partners (distributors, agencies, contractors, and end-users) to ensure installation & software competency.

You day to day will look like:

• Physical Execution: Subject matter expert on NoTraffic hardware, the equipment that it connects to, and the system integration.
• Software Lifecycle: Training partners on NoTraffic Download Manager (NDM), physical installation of equipment, and configuration using Installation Assistant (IA).
• Sales Support: Support RSMs during early project work, including additional training sessions with partners and technical FAQ.
• Installation Planning: Review project documentation and ensure proper equipment, tools, and Aux Items (both NoTraffic and non-NoTraffic) are on hand.
