Job description

RAVEL delivers intelligent workload orchestration for AI and HPC environments. Our platform, Orchestrate AI, enables power-aware, high-efficiency workload execution across modern accelerated infrastructure — maximizing GPU utilization, performance, cost efficiency, and operational control.

RAVEL is also a core collaborator in the AMPHIX AI Infrastructure Platform, working alongside leading ecosystem partners to deliver integrated, production-ready AI infrastructure. Through the AMPHIX Centers of Excellence, customers and partners can validate, optimize, and scale AI workloads from proof-of-concept to production.

We are building the orchestration layer for the next generation of AI infrastructure.

This means we want you to imagine it, develop it, bring it to life with us. Our industry is at the steepest part of hockey stick growth. With this incredibly fast pace, the ability to pivot quickly and competitively to capture the emerging opportunities - while keeping the core of our purpose and brand on track - is essential. To perform at this level and pace, we are looking for individuals with both mastery of their function and passion for evolving it in new ways.

About the Role

RAVEL is looking for a Product & Solution Marketing Lead to lead the market strategy, positioning, and go-to-market for RAVEL's software products and solutions.

This role sits at the intersection of Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success. You will translate RAVEL's technology and product strategy into differentiated market propositions, repeatable solutions, and GTM programs that drive adoption and revenue.

Product Management owns what we build, for whom, the roadmap, pricing, packaging, and P&L. Product & Solution Marketing owns how we position it, who we target, why customers should care, how we differentiate, and how we take it to market.

A key focus will be turning AMPHIX into a GTM engine for RAVEL by transforming validated architectures, workloads, and customer outcomes into referenceable solutions, proof points, and sales opportunities.

You will also work closely with RAVEL's wider marketing organization to scale these propositions through partners, enablement, content, thought leadership, and demand generation.
