Job summary

Marvin in Warroad, MN is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the Production team in achieving Safety, Quality, Cost & Delivery goals. You will use engineering principles and CI tools to develop future state plans, propose capital projects, and execute the 12-month operating plan.

You will also support projects and equipment acquisition, with knowledge of layout planning, work procedures, cost impacts, crewing guidelines, and takt time impact.
