You will work with Engineering, Embedded, and DevSecOps teams to integrate security from architecture to deployment in regulated environments. Ideal candidates have hands-on security design experience for software/hardware, threat modeling, and risk assessments, with strong collaboration across

Qualifications

• 2+ years in cybersecurity engineering or related roles.
• Experience securing complex software/hardware in regulated environments (defense/aerospace).
• Hands-on with threat modeling and cybersecurity risk assessments.
• Knowledge of SSDLC practices and security concepts.
• Familiarity with RMF, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, and DFARS.

Responsibilities

• Assist with secure software and hardware architectures for mission-critical platforms.
• Work with engineering teams to embed security in the SDLC.
• Support threat modeling, risk assessments, and mitigation planning.
• Develop and document security controls, SSPs, and assessment artifacts.
• Coordinate with audits, accreditations, and security reviews.
