Job summary

MBDA is seeking a Security Systems Engineer within the Security Engineering Department to ensure our products remain robust to tampering throughout their life cycle. You will work as a pivotal Systems Engineer focusing on security design, collaborating across hardware, firmware and software disciplines to deliver through-life protection for missile systems.

Qualifications

• Strong systems engineering background essential.
• Experience in electronics design and/or embedded software desirable.
• Knowledge of product or systems security desirable.
• DV clearance or willingness to obtain clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Package tasks across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver a secure solution.
• Trade-space analyses to maximise protection without impacting safety or capability.
• Maintain a robust security case and engage with UK Customer and advisors.
• Lead across hardware, firmware and software to ensure coherent design.
