Job summary

Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to design, implement, test anti-tamper and embedded cybersecurity solutions across deliverable products. You will collaborate with Hardware, Firmware, Software, and Systems Engineers to integrate System Security Engineering into high integrity, safety-critical systems. DoD SDLC experience and SSE knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain Secret clearance; Interim Secret required to start.
• Experience with the DoD SDLC lifecycle and security requirements for DoD systems.
• Experience validating and verifying security requirements on DoD systems.
• Approved DoD 8570 baseline cert for IAT/IAM Level II (CISSP, CAP) or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and test anti-tamper and embedded cybersecurity solutions across DoD Weapon Systems.
• Provide embedded SSE design and implementation in SSE processes during development.
• Assess and mitigate SSE threats/risks throughout the embedded Weapon System lifecycle.
• Validate SSE requirements decomposition, allocation and analysis for embedded Weapon Systems.
• Implement SSE solutions hardware and software.
• Prototype and test SSE countermeasures to defend against cyber-attacks.
• Integrate SSE with Hardware, Firmware, Software, and Systems Engineers across high integrity systems.
