Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Sales Ambassador to engage customers, sample products, and share knowledgeable tips in a fast-paced store environment. You will prepare foods, assist with events, and help drive daily sales while maintaining high food-safety standards.

The role requires energetic teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to learn quickly, with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• High energy with a passion for Sprouts products and customer engagement.
• Ability to suggestively sell products and learn quickly.
• Willingness to stand at the tasting station for extended periods and follow cooking directions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engaging customers while sampling products.
• Preparing and serving food using induction cooktops and small appliances per directions.
• Cutting and sampling produce and grocery items.
• Achieving sales goals by promoting products and encouraging tastings.
• Coordinate event activities including setup, takedown, and communication in manager meetings.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to food safety guidelines.
