Job summary

Gordon Incorporated in Bossier City, LA is seeking a results-driven sales professional to own the customer journey from first contact to finished order. You will identify prospects through cold calling, follow up quotations, present Gordon products, and coordinate the right internal resources to win client confidence.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Project Management, deliver regular sales reports and forecasts, and build lasting relationships with architects,

Qualifications

• 0 to 5 years of product sales experience.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, customer service, or business development.
• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, architecture, construction, or a related field.
• Some familiarity with Gordon, Inc. product systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Find and win new business: identify potential clients through cold calling, quote follow-up, networking events, social media, and industry databases.
• Deliver a great customer experience: review quotations, scopes, and objectives with customers; build lasting relationships with architects, owners, general contractors and subcontractors.
• Keep orders moving: hand off orders to Product and Project Managers; coordinate timelines with Production, Planning & Scheduling and Purchasing.
• Track and report results: maintain the sales performance database and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
