Job summary

JLG, an Oshkosh company, is seeking a Product Training Safety intern to support development and delivery of training content for customers on various equipment platforms. You will research topics, configure training materials, and help deliver sessions.

You'll assist in instruction, help develop course content, review materials, and collect customer feedback to keep content current. Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, safety, construction management or related fields,

Qualifications

• Student working towards a bachelor’s degree in business, safety, construction management or related field.
• Interest in training and safety within the heavy equipment sector.
• Familiarity with JLG machines and access industry standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in instruction on equipment operation, both presentation based and hands on, to an audience of customers on various equipment platforms.
• Assist in the development of course content.
• Participate in course content reviews and pilot courses.
• Provide feedback from customers on course content.
• Assist in training material updates to maintain currency of course materials.
