Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.

Responsibilities

• Provide research for standards and regulations for various existing and new products.
• Assist with evaluating new and existing products and features for manuals and warning decals.
• Evaluate autonomy solutions for relevant regulations, standards, and applications within our equipment.
• Assist with research for customer support safe use and modification inquiries.
• Prepare information such as Field Service Bulletins and Service Information.
• Attend cross-functional collaboration meetings with Training, Service, Technical Publications and Marketing.
• Support and evaluate team processes to align with improvement activities.
