Meta is seeking a Product Risk Program Manager within the Product Enablement team to guide risk reviews from start to finish, partnering with product groups, engineering, legal, policy, and tooling to deliver compliant launches. The role emphasizes process optimization, stakeholder alignment, and building trust across internal and external partners.

The role requires 7+ years in related fields, strong cross-functional communication, and the ability to influence without authority.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in program management, product operations, trust & safety, privacy, compliance or related field.
• Proven track record of managing projects with tight timelines and high ambiguity, involving multiple stakeholders.
• Communication and cross-functional alignment skills, capable of tailoring messages for stakeholders, teams and executives.
• Robust stakeholder management skills in a collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated success in influencing across functions without formal authority.
• High adaptability to dynamic business priorities.
• Experience proactively identifying and resolving blockers and remediating pain points.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
