Job summary

Meta is seeking a Product Risk Program Manager for the Product Enablement team to guide risk reviews from inception to launch. You will work closely with product and engineering to streamline the Risk Review process, ensuring compliance and stakeholder alignment across Legal, Policy, and Engineering.

The role emphasizes process improvement, measurement, and collaboration with specialized assessment teams to maintain risk-aware product development.

• 7+ years in program management or related fields.
• Proven track record delivering projects with tight timelines and ambiguity.
• Strong communication and cross-functional alignment skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage early product development process with Risk Review.
• Identify blockers, elevate issues, remediate pain points.
• Drive execution with clear communication and action tracking.
• Establish end-to-end risk review expertise.
• Serve as trusted advisor to product, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure project and risk details are documented and tracked.
• Coordinate with Product, Legal, Policy, and Engineering.
• Guide supplemental risk assessments and compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with SA and AA PMs to ensure context is captured in Risk Review system.
