Job summary

Meta is seeking a Product Risk Program Manager in the Product Enablement group within Product Risk & Compliance. You will guide product teams through Meta's Risk Review process, coordinating with legal, policy, engineering, and tooling partners to deliver high-quality risk reviews and enable compliant launches.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives to identify blockers, document risks, and drive improvements, acting as a trusted advisor to product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management, product operations, trust & safety, privacy, compliance or related field.
• Proven track record of managing projects with tight timelines and high ambiguity across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to tailor clear, concise messages for diverse audiences (stakeholders, teams, executives).
• Robust stakeholder management, collaborative cross-functional work, building relationships to achieve objectives.
• Experience influencing across functions without formal authority and driving change.
• Adaptability in a dynamic, evolving business with shifting priorities.
• Experience identifying and resolving blockers and escalating issues.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage early product development to optimize Risk Review experience.
• Identify blockers, elevate issues, and remediate pain points.
• Drive execution and accountability through clear communication and action tracking.
• Establish expertise across end-to-end risk review systems.
• Serve as trusted advisor to product, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure project and risk details are documented and tracked with transparency.
• Coordinate with Product, Legal, Policy, and Engineering on priorities and process adherence.
• Provide guidance for risk assessments and compliance reviews.
• Partner with SA and AA PMs to ensure proper product context and triage.
